Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter FP01 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.

Totally normal. Steam will only show the DLC that you have purchased through Steam. All DLC from both platforms will show in the EA app. To clarify, even although the Sims 4 is launched through Steam, all content, whether from Steam or EA, has to be verified through the EA app.
